Q. How can we get started?
A. Just send us an email telling us you are interested and what kind of work you would like us to do and we will respond as quickly as possible. You can visit our contact page here, or our estimate request page here.

Q. What is needed on our end to get the site built?
A. All we will need is the content to put on each of your pages. You may also provide us with images, video, flash, etc. to incorporate into your site.

Q. How should we provide the content?
A. Text files and word documents are fine. Just make a separate file for each page and name it the name that you want the page to be titled.

Q. Do I ever need to meet with anyone?
A. Yes, if you prefer not to meet in person over the phone is fine.

Q. How will I know how much the site will cost?
A. After contacting us we will send a proposal that will explain the work we will do and the price, along with any payment plan details.

Q. How will I know when to pay you?
A. We will send an invoice at the completion of the site. Some customers prefer to pay in pieces as the site is being built. This is fine too.

Q. When will our site actually be up on the internet?
A. For testing purposes your site will actuall be up while we are building it but until we receive payment all visitors will see is an under construction page.
